$56M Hyatt Centric luxury hotel in SouthPark set for debut

This $56 million luxury boutique hotel in SouthPark welcomes its first guests on Thursday.

Hyatt Centric SouthPark Charlotte offers 175 guest rooms and suites, as well as two dining venues including a rooftop restaurant. It is located at 3100 Apex Drive.

It’s the first of that Hyatt (NYSE: H) flag in the Charlotte market. The $56 milliion price tag includes the cost of the project and the land.
